Affordable Self-Storage Units
We are a small 17-Unit storage facility with 24-hour access that is located in central Winfield. We are locally owned and operated and are often on-site to be of assistance to you.
Safety is Our Priority
Our entire facility is of recent construction and we work to keep it in good repair and secure to protect your belongings. A new security lighting system was added in 2018.
Rental Terms
Our units are available for rent on a month-to-month payment basis or can be rented for longer terms (6 months or more) with payment made in advance for which we offer a 5% discount. All new rentals require first month's payment(prorated) and a $20 refundable deposit.
